With school starting next week, you should be aware of how much sleep you should be getting each night. Montgomery News has written an article, Sleeping tips to get the kids ready for school, which helps remind you how to stay healthy and be prepared for school with enough sleep.
What I found interesting was the "signs your child needs more sleep". If they are "eating more or unhealthy foods" it could be a sign of sleep deprivation.
